Leap Year Cocktail

Leap year is a year that has one extra day in the calendar ( most commonly known as leap day) in February making it 29 days instead of 28.  Since it only comes around every four years, why not celebrate with a libation fit for the occasion. This cocktail was invented by barman, Harry Craddock for the leap year celebration at the Savoy hotel in London, on February 29th, 1928.  It’s said to have been responsible for more proposals than any other cocktail that has been mixed.
