When it comes to great drinks that I can’t forget, one is the little sparrow that’s made with my favorite liqueur, St. Germain which is a wonderful mixer to use in all cocktails and when mixed with Carpano Antica.
John Apodaca
Little Sparow
2 oz. Calvados
34/ oz. Antica
1/2 oz. St. Germain
1/4 oz. Apple Jack
Dash of Peychaud bitters
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake hard and strain into a 4 – 5 oz. chilled cocktail glass.
