The It Cocktail

In 1927 writer Elinor Glyn wrote a novel called “It”. The book’s description of “it” is, “To have ‘It’, the fortunate possessor must have that strange magnetism which attracts both sexes… In the animal world ‘It’ demonstrates in tigersClara Bow It and cats—both animals being fascinating and mysterious, and quite unbiddable.”  From this novel sprung the movie “it” staring Clara Bow, because she was supposed to be what “it” was all about. This cocktail was named in honor of those who have “it” along with one of my favorite silent movie stars, Clara Bow.

The drink is both tasty refreshing and if you have a few of them will bring out the “it” magnetism in you!
