Master barman John Apodaca created this cordial as a tasty after dinner dessert drink. It is a sweet pecan confection to be sipped and savored.
1 ½ oz gin (Bombay Sapphire works well)
1 ½ oz Pecan Liqueur
¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz simple syrup
cinnamon for rimming
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cordial glass rimmed with cinnamon.
